At home facial...

Its cold, wet and you've got no money now you have to buy christmas presents... That definitely means theres no money left to get yourself pampered, and who wants to leave the house in this weather anyway!?

Well heres a solution.. get the girls round and have a pamper sesh! What's better than a nice relaxing facial, and in this weather you skin needs that extra bit of TLC.

So here's a routine to follow to have a luxury treatment in the comfort of your own home..

*******************************************************************************

You will need:
-Cleanser
-Toner
-Exfoliater
-Mask
-Mousturiser
-Facial sponges/Flannel
-Hot water
-Essential Oil (Optional)
-Candles (Optional)

*******************************************************************************

Start off by making your surroundings nice and calm and relaxing, light a few candles, play some chilled out music, and use a diffuser to get a nice relaxing scent in the air..

1. Cleanse - Use upward and circular motions, be as firm or light as you want. Do this for a couple of minutes.

2. Remove using facial sponges or hot flannel.

TIP: You can add essential oils into your hot water - only a small drop - to give a nice relaxing spa feel when your removing the products

3. Repeat the cleanse.

4. Exfoliate - Use circular motions, avoiding the eye area.  Concentrate on the problem areas. Then Remove using facial sponges or hot flannel.

5. Mask - Apply the mask with a mask brush if you have one, or otherwise your fingers.  Soak cotton pads in warm water and place on your eyes. Leave on for atleast 10minutes.

6. Toner - Spritz toner all over your face and neck.

7. Moisturiser - Massage the moisturiser in with upward and circular motions, until soaked in.

*******************************************************************************

....And your facial is complete! Make sure to use slow motions and relax!
